You guys, this stuff is important. We are so uneducated about the food that surrounds us and what we've been told our whole lives is healthy. Can you believe that all illnesses including cancer can possibly be cured just by a plant based diet? I'm sure you're shaking your head, and that's because we've been raised to believe that medicine prescribed by a doctor is the only thing that can help us, but we are wrong!
Anyway, if you're interested in completely changing your life around (clear skin, more energy, weight loss, disease prevention) then start eating only fruits, vegetables and nuts.
